No-Show Policy – 1DRIV3R

In case of the client's absence at the meeting point, without prior cancellation or information transmitted to the driver:

A tolerance period of 15 minutes is granted.

This period is extended to 30 minutes for airport transfers, including real-time flight tracking.

Beyond this period, and without any contact from the client, the service is considered a “no-show.”

In this case, 100% of the fare is charged to cover approach, waiting, and driver mobilization costs.

No refund can be demanded in case of pre-payment or deposit.

We encourage you to inform us as soon as possible in case of delay or unforeseen circumstances to avoid any unnecessary charges.


Cancellation Policy — 1DRIV3R

All cancellations must be communicated in writing (SMS, WhatsApp, email, or via our booking platform).

Cancellation Fees

  • More than 24h before pickup
    ✅ 0% fee


  • Between 24h and 12h before pickup
    ✅ 50% of the fare


  • Between 12h and 6h before pickup
    ✅ 70% of the fare


  • Less than 6h before pickup
    ✅ 100% of the fare


Driver on approach or on-site

If the driver is already en route or present at the pickup location at the time of cancellation, the service is considered due at 100%.
Waiting fees may apply according to our applicable rate schedule.
